Brand Evolution for Medallion
Within my first year at Medallion I quickly came to realize the brand established prior to my time at the company was becoming outdated. I was running into a lot of issues using the brand depending on the use-case. For the last quarter of 2023, I spent the majority of my time evolving the brand to better fit our company needs going into the new year.
The key objectives of the brand refresh were:
Modernization: Bring the brand aesthetic up-to-date to reflect current design trends and set us apart from competitors.
Consistency: Establish a unified and cohesive brand style across all touchpoints to reinforce brand recognition.
Authenticity: Infuse the brand with a fresh, authentic personality that resonates with the company's values and mission.
Versatility: Develop a flexible design system that accommodates various applications, ensuring adaptability across digital and print platforms.
Enterprise: Established a structured, mature style to tailor toward more enterprise opportunities.
